Public plant sale will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Please place your orders directly with the vendors by the end of day Wed, 10 June. The vendors’ contact details are in the plant lists.

The pick-up date for your order is Sat, 13 June at 9 am to 11 am, in Victoria Park (Spring Garden Road & South Park Street), Halifax.

Call for volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the plant sale on Sat, 13 June for the following tasks and times:

A. 8 am to 9 am: Set up tables and canopies
B. 8 am to 9 am: Unload plants from vendors’ vehicles
C. 9 am to 11 am: Assist vendors and members with pick ups of plant orders
D. 11 am to 1 pm: Assist vendors and the public with the public plant sale
E. 1 pm to 2 pm: Take down tables and canopies
F. 1 pm to 2 pm: Move unsold plants back to vendors’ vehicles
