Jim, who studied horticulture at the University of California and Cornell University, has worked as an estate gardener and more recently as the manager of a garden centre. Seven years ago he started Nova Bluewater Farm, a certified organic market garden so that he could do what he most loves about gardening—growing healthy, tasty food.
