DESCRIPTION:Our meeting for Tuesday\, October 4\, 2022 will be a hybrid meeting\, in person in room 301 at the Halifax Central Library and by Zoom.  The Museum of Natural History is not available on October 4. \nCaptain Richard Steele Lecture:  Latest Trends in Breeding Rhododendrons \nPresented by Kristian Theqvist\, President of the Finnish Rhododendron Society since 2010\, President of the ARS Finnish Chapter since 2012\, and Associate member of ARHS since 2012. \nWe are pleased to welcome Kristian Theqvist to Nova Scotia and to present the 2022 Captain Richard Steele Lecture.  Kristian was one of our keynote speakers at the 2021 ARS Spring Convention.  He is a prolific breeder of hybrid Rhododendrons and has been President of the Finnish Rhododendron Society.  He is a frequent contributor to the ARHS Seed Exchange.  His hybrids and gardens can be viewed on his website\, www.rhodogarden.com \n \nOur meeting for Tuesday\, October 4\, 2022 will be a hybrid meeting\, in person in room 301 at the Halifax Central Library and by Zoom.  The Museum of Natural History is not available on October 4.
