DESCRIPTION:The Himalayan Gardens of Western Scotland \nPresenter:  John Brett \nProgram description: \nA tour of impressive garden landscapes and the extraordinary plants within\, including rhododendrons collected by some of the great plant hunters of the late 19th and the 20th centuries. The following Scottish gardens were visited and photographed in May 2016:  Branklyn\, Benmore\, Crarae\, Arduaine\, An Cala\, Cluny and Ardmaddy . Some of these will be the focus of this presentation \nBio: \nJohn is a long-time club member and out current President.  He gardens in Halifax and at Morris Island near Yarmouth.
