SUMMARY:Annual Members Christmas Party & Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This is our chance to share a few pictures of our own gardens or gardens we have visited as well as our favourite holiday snacks.  Bring your pictures on a memory stick or disk and we will help you present to fellow members. \nWe are pleased to confirm that we will be providing Wine again this season. \nThe meeting will begin early\, at 7pm to allow for our Annual General Meeting where we will pass changes to the By laws and Memorandum of Association.\n\nThe Board of Directors of the Atlantic Rhododendron and Horticultural Society gives notice that the Annual General Meeting will be held at Halifax \, NS on December 1\, 2015 at 7:00 pm. It will be followed by the Annual Christmas Party.\n\nNotice is also given for a Special Meeting to pass changes to the By-Laws and Memorandum of Association of the Atlantic Rhododendron and Horticultural Society at 7:00 pm on January 5\, 2015 at Halifax\, NS. Copies of the proposed Bylaws and the Memorandum of Association will be available at the AGM.
